In Montessori nannies we offer nannies trained in Montessori education and Waldorff pedagogy. We take care of the educational development: we plan additional and reinforcement lessons and help them in their school lessons. In addition, a Governess will help your child acquire the skills and abilities to speak a new language. Our educational philosophy is always accompanied by the pedagogical philosophy of Maria Montessori. She believed that all children are guided by their inner teacher and the educators should help and guide the child in this process without intervening. Her entire method was designed to strengthen the children's self-esteem, make them responsible for their actions and helping them in developing a personality wich will become harmonious and balanced. This is the core of our work, the point from where we create our values. Our Nannies will be in charge of guiding the child towards fulfilling their potentials. Montessori Nannies employes Kindergarden teachers , Waldorf teachers and Holistic Education teachers.
